Daily Rhythm

At Roots and Rhythms we believe that routine is more important than schedule. Times are fluid and adjust with the needs of the group. Throughout the day we monitor children’s body needs on an individual basis (sunscreen, diapering, bathrooming, shedding or adding layers, etc.)
